Can I transfer funds between my own accounts/other accounts or to other bank accounts?

Yes, you can transfer funds within your accounts or other accounts within PNB. Funds may be transferred in other banks using RTGS/NEFT option available.

How can I transfer funds through Internet Banking?

Transfer of funds is available under the following options:

Self Transfer ( within your own accounts)
Transfer(to other accounts within PNB)<
Transfer to Other Bank Accounts (through RTGS/NEFT)
Bulk Transfers (to other accounts within PNB or other Banks)

If you have chosen option (1) then you are shown a list of your own operative accounts. You may choose the relevant account and click on Transfer button and confirm the payment by entering transaction password.

If you have chosen option 2 & 3 then you have following options:

Transfer to accounts within PNB
Transfer to other bank accounts using RTGS (for amount above Rs.200000/-)
Transfer to other bank accounts using NEFT (For amount up to Rs.200000/-)
Bulk Transfers (to other accounts using RTGS (for amount above Rs.200000/-)
Bulk Transfers (to other accounts using NEFT (For amount up to Rs.200000/-)
Transfer to accounts within PNB

Workflows may be defined by the Corp Admin depending on the requirement of Maker-checker while doing transactions.
You would be required to register the beneficiary through a CUSER before initiating any transfer of funds(except for Self-transfers). The conifmartion of beneficiary may also be done immediately by the Corp Admin user by generating OTP.

All transfer of funds is to be confirmed by using transaction password.

How to use workflows for doing transactions?

Workflows are provided to Corporate Internet Banking users to facilitate the Maker-Checker concept. for each transaction type the user may create workflows based on usage.

Take an example of the following workflow:

Type of Payment	From Amount	To Amount	Workflow
NEFT	1	500	1 Senior Manager & 1 Executive Director

Here, for the NEFT transfers between Re.1/- and Rs.5/-, the transaction may be initiated by a Senior Manager & the same may be verifed by an Executive Director.

Can I transfer funds to loan Accounts?

Online fund transfers are available only to Education Loan Accounts which are linked to th eprimary customer ID and which are still in their Moratorium (Study) Period.

Do I get alerts on my mobile, once I make transactions through Internet?

Yes, if you have registered for SMS Alert facility, you will get SMS alerts for all transaction done using Internet Banking. In case you want to apply for the facility of SMS Alerts you may approach the concerned branch.

Do I get alert when I change my Transaction Password?

Yes, you would receive alerts on changing your Transaction Password on the registered Mobile number if you are availing SMS Alert facility on the same.
